WD Element want show up on my pc anymore the blue light flasher and my computer makes the connect sound but doesnt show up. I have only had it since christmas :((

If is a desktop unit, please make sure that the unit is connected directly to the wall outlet if stills the same, test the unit using the DLG tool.

I’m having the same issue. It doesn’t show up under disk management, but USBDeview sees it and says it’s connected, but with no drive #. I’ve had serious issues lately with drivers just disappearing–touch screen and ethernet–that I wonder if that might fix it, however I can’t find any drivers online. Any help would be appreciated.
