WD Elements 10A8 - device not working properly

Hi There, I have been trying to troubleshoot why my external hard drive will not show on my file manager. The light is on but still not showing. When I find it via disk manager and open the properties it says in the device status “device not working properly”

Change drive letter is greyed out so not an option
Have tried different port and cable
Have tried to reset driver

Nothing is working, can you please help? I live in New Zealand so if my response is delayed that will be why. Happy to take to a local technician if you think someone can help.
