I recently installed a new WD easystore on my Windows 10 Gateway laptop.
The first time it showed the backup status. Now even though I reinstalled the program it still doesn’t show the box with the backup status. Shows nothing but I can hear the spinning hard drive and the led stays lit up. Eventually it flashes and the hard drive stops spinning. I see no evidence of a new backup on the setup E drive. Doesn’t appear to be saving anything on the E Drive/WD easystore?
