Easystore 8tb not actually backing up

Hi,

Set up a new Easytroe 8tb (Windows 10). Installed WD Backup. Set up an automatic backup plan and selected the files i want backed up. Had it run a backup.
WD Backup shows “preparing for backup” for like 15 minutes and then comes back and states that 1.28TB was backed up. Obviously it didn’t back up 1.28TB in 15 minutes.
If you go to the Restore tab it does not show any files available on Easystore. Just checking the properties of the drive via Explorer shows like 700mb on the drive as a whole (which I’m assuming are just WD system files).

Any idea as to why its saying it backed up when it its hasn’t actually done so and how to fix it?

You can follow below link to manually check the backed up files using WD Backup. Also, WD Backup will create backup of updated files only if first backup has already done.
