Hello, I’m new here and not sure if I’m posting in the right area or if this has been asked, so I apologize in advance. I recently purchased a 4 TB easystore to backup videos from my PS4 and transfer them to my PC. Everything was working fine until about a week ago. My computer’s file explorer no longer detects it, but the WD Drive Utility app does. However, it will not let me format it but the quick test claims it is working properly.
