does the lcd say 0X9? if so you need the recovery ISO. You can contact support or try the links in below. If you can ping and or access the box, the lcd service is probably just not started

Started recovery last option factory reset processing extrimly slow,how to
resolved this issue.

Sometimes it takes 5 hours.
Sometimes it takes 5 days.
Sometimes it will go 5 days and fail.

If you have not changed (moved/replaced) any of the drives it will probably work/succeed.
