I have a Passport and an Ulta external harddrive that I use for backups. 2 days ago, HP Support Assistant said I had a notification that WD had an update that was recommended. I did the update and WD put a “Unlock CD” something or another on my 2 external EWD hard drives. Now this Unlocker thing won’t let me access either harddrive - that has everything on it I need. I did a System Restore to 10 days ago hoping whatever WWD installed on my PC would then be deleted, however, that didn’t work. WD has denied me access to my 2 exHD’s. How do I fix it so I can use my drives?
