I have a Passport and an Ulta - external HD. All was fine until I did (without being told what it would do) and update recommended by HP/WD. Now this Unlocker thing, has denied me access to both portables drives. I have searched and have found nothing to get rid or uninstall this “update”. How can I get rid of it and back to how it was before (2 days ago) All was perfectly fine then. I am a home Desktop with Win10 and only me on the pc.
