For the last 2 or 3 days I’ve been getting a message about “WD Discovery will be back shortly. Check back later”. I cannot access the “Shared” folder where all our files are. I also don’t have access to the “Apps” folder. I think even the alarms (not sure what that one is called) also is out. I called support and the initial thought was to wait. After two days I removed the app and reinstalled it. Same thing. Has anybody else seen this?

I am also getting all of the above. I’m sure they’re just having a maintanence of the servers or something.
It would be great if they make an announcement as well as when are they expecting it to be corrected. I am dead in the water. I can use the web gui but it downloads the file when you are trying to access it. If I am looking for a file, it downloads one by one.
I conflicted with a general kind of issue last time, I am at this point searching for some obvious plan.
I wish there had been an announcement. I don’t know if it will be fixed or we are dead in the water.
It seems the post was deleted. I guess it was not good news. I just checked and there was nothing on my shared still. Help!

I hope it is the same error as on the left is what you are working on. On the right is the one I have on my screen. Just for my own peace of mind I wanted to confirm it is the same issue. I guess your shared is empty whereas my Shared does have files. Please, let me know when it is fixed.

Is this going to be fixed? At least an acknowledgement they are working on it? I have nothing. No files from the “Storage”, nor from “Shared”, nothing.
Even though it was annoying, but I was able to access my files through the web gui. People, now even the web gui is not working. I have files I need to access!!! Can we at least have an acknowledgement somebody is working on it?
