WD cloud locked on My Cloud OS5

My WD cloud is locked after 5 incorrect password attempts. I did not receive any email, and the account did not unlock after 2 or 3 hours. It has been 3 days since it was locked. How can I solve this? I have checked the following link, but that is not a solution for me.

You should have been able to sign in after waiting 24 hrs. Contact WD by using the link at the bottom of this page/window.
