Setup a 2 disk redundant storage space (e.g. RAID 1) in Win 10 back in 2020. No issues until recently when one of the WD Drives disappeared. I’ve been on Win 11 for over a year. The drive is not in Disk Management or anywhere else. It’s just gone. Tried different SATA cable, etc. to no avail. Trying to RMA I have submitted a support request.
I tried a different SATA power connector on the same SATA cable, and now the storage space says it’s OK. I don’t think that Disk Management shows the actual drives for a storage space, so that was confusing. Anyhow, looks like I’m good to go.
