I am trying to restore backup files stored on WD backup software/Passport, but software will not recognize the file from my old computer…with different user name. It will recognize the drive and I am able to backup/restore files on my new computer…just won’t recognize the backup file from my old computer. Please help! Have been spending days searching & trying solutions with no success!!! Note: My old computer was Windows 7…my new computer is Windows 10.
