I recently purchased the latest 4 TB My Passport and installed WD Discovery including Back Up, Security and Drive Utilities. I cannot get Back Up to start either from the desktop icon or from within WD Discovery in the task bar but the other two apps work fine. I have tried uninstalling all the WD apps and reinstalling them and restarting my laptop but it didn’t work.
I have used WD hdd’s for years and never had an issue using the back up app so not sure what’s going on. Any advice much appreciated
