Wd Discovery does NOT open WD Backup

Latest version of “Install Wd Discovery” shows WD BAckup as Open, but not found on Windows 10 Desktop nor Taskbar.

Task Manager shows 11 Background Processors installed and running off and on. All are marked (32 Bit). Includes WD Backup Engine and WDBackupService.

Did you check after reinstall of WD Backup on Windows 10?

Hi Brandon,

Yes, and still won’t start. So I checked Drivers; OK. Then I checked Event log and found repeated errors on WD Backup. See Support Case. I can’t follow the Error reports myself. I’m hoping you or others can.
