1 ) WD Backup don’t recognize my external drive My passport ultra 1To on two different computers but it’s visible on Windows and on WD data lifeguard diagnostics.
WD drive utilities failed to recognize it also, of course.

The same WD Backup recognizes a second external drive (My passport essential) ;

I followed the WD support instruction (using “services.msc”) without any success and they don’t give me any solution to solve this trouble.
Could you help me ?
