I recently adquired an external disk My passport 2 TB and i can use it normally but i wanted to perform a periodically backup but when I install WD backup, the application cannot found the disk.
My operative system is windows 10 version 1903 and i try unistalling my antivirus but still doesn’t recognize My passport.
¿Could you help me please?
