WD Backup can't see local drives in Backup window

Hi all
Just recently installed WD Backup software to backup my Windows 7 PC with My Passport Ultra 1TB drive.
When I tried to create a Backup Plan in the WD Backup, it does not show any drive (C: or D: which I have both) on the UI. I can only see Libraries.
According to online manual I’m supposed to see all drives and should be able to select individual files/folders to backup.
Any help will be appreciated.
Software details:

• WD Backup ver: 1.2.5721
• Windows 7 Enterprise SP1
• My Passport Ultra 1TB

Below the libraries there is no icon for the computer ? try reinstalling the software to see if that helps, also try to run the installer as admin by right clicking on it

I’m having the same problem…I’m getting a new PC, and want to back up only certain files and programs to restore to the new PC. There is an icon for C, but I can’t open it to select particular items. Any clues…anyone?
