WD 4TB Black HDD DOA drive in RMA

I had sent a drive for RMA ( 4tb wd black) and the drive was rma’ed and sent back after some time. But shockingly, the drive was DOA . The packing was pathetic. the just put the drive in a flimsy cardboard box and some loose thermacol protection. the drive was shaking loose inside the box.

I pointed this out the the customer care and they told not to worry blah blah. This is INDIA specific issue. when will @wd address these issues ?

It looks like a few pieces of styrofoam that were just randomly picked up from a warehouse.

The HDD was loose inside and that killed the drive. You know how these shipping cos are, esp in India. why cant they use the same packing material that is used by US WD ?
