RMA - Disastrous service from Blue-dart (India) and WD (India)

Hello guys. Recently I made an rma for my caviar blue sata 3 non functional drive. The drive itself was troublesome since I bought it and finally die slowly. So I finally made an rma request here on wd site and then received an email from wd. But then I was kind of busy and forgot to reply back. So then my first rma was closed by wd because I was not able respond to wd mail, which I finally noticed after almost a week later. Then again I made an rma request. This time no email came from wd they booked it directly (Ty for that :wink: and after few days blue dart courier guy showed up. Now this is where my bad experience started with wd (india) service. I have used wd rma service before as well. Every time I used wd rma service in my city they always sent the pick up guy and the guy always used to ask/charg about less than a dollar(₹50/- INR) for the drives safe packing (brown box with hard thermocol and bubble pack ect as most of the people don’t keep these things at home) and that was brilliant. I have no idea if the courier service provided by wd (India) before was blue dart or some other. But this time a guy came from blue dart and asked for the drive. I gave him the drive and then asked how much for packing? The guy didn’t knew what I was trying to ask him. He then replied that sir can you provide me a bag or something so i can pack it in? (w*f, how can you ship electronic hardware with only a poly bag or some thin cover?) But still then I gave him a bubble pack that came with my other external drive packing. Then that genius took his blue dart packing tape and stared rolling around it like a **bleep** and said sir I packed it well, now there will be no problem with it (w*f I mean). But I thought at blue dart they might repack it for final transfer at their main office (common sense)? So I didn’t argue with him regarding that amature packing he did and let him go with it. That guy also said it will take around 10 days to finally ship it. Now today I received the courier package from blue dart and I was surprised how fast they responded. I was literally happy with wd (India) service because this was the fastest rma. But then to my surprise there was a paper attached to the drive with remark " drive tampered " (w*f again new problem). At first I thought they might had sent me the wrong drive of someone else ( I will tell you about the condition of the drive, don’t worry) and misplaced my hard drive. After opening the box I found one caviar blue drive in a bad shape inside with some badly reused anti static bag along with blue dart paper inside the bag. The drive itself was not looking mine at all because the drive I gave was in a perfect condition(I’m a PC enthusiast and always treat my pc hardwares with extreme care alive or dead). The drive i got back was scratched, full of random dents, more dirty than the one I gave them for rma and at the back of pcb there was a line scratched badly. I was so f*****g frustrated after watching all this. Above that S/N of the drive I got back was matching with the one I gave them. Now someone has to be responsible for this. Blue Dart (India) (most-likely) or wd (India) for choosing such a retarded company as their hard drive pickup service. Those who don’t even know how to carry, safely pack and then ship such a delicate computer hardware. If I ever knew that this is how they are going to ship my drive then I would have sent it to wd myself, at my cost and with some other service like DTDC (which I personally use).
Please reopen and help me with the rma of this drive. They (blue-dart or flextronics technologies (wd-India)) screwed my hard drive badly due to their carelessness(bad packing and man handling) and then returned it. Now I have to suffer for something which I never did and I’m sure both of them will not take the blame at all to keep their image and service look clean. But it’s a big thumbs down for wd service.
