My WD 4T external drive for mac, but is working on windows 10 on my computer, will not show up in the WD back-up software on my wife’s computer, also running windows 10, yet all of the files are still there and I can use it as a big jump drive. What do I have to do to make the WD back-up software recgonise it.
Please close my ticket, I got things working.
