I have this drive less than a year (NTFS) and suddenly my macbook pro does not recognise it nor the windows PC. i have important stuff and i cannot see them. WD utilities can see the drive but does’t mount it. Please help!!!
You can try run Quick Test as well as the full test on your drive to check whether the drive has any issues or not. If the test has failed, it means the drive has gone bad.
