Looking for a little help. I didn’t see this topic covered elsewhere. My WD external drive, model number: WD2500XMS-00 was originally connected to a MAC with files backed up via Time Machine. I bought a new computer and went with a PC that is running on Windows 10. How can I transfer the files to the PC? When I plug in the hard drive, it is recognized under “Devices” on the PC but does not appear under “Drives”. Any help is appreciated!
Hello, you will need to find some software that will allow you to read Mac partition tables on a Windows PC as PC and Mac use different partition.
