hey my harddrive isnt workingand idont know whats wrong. it worked fine up until now.

i use my harddrive to watch movies on my smart tv it was working fine up until now i plug it in to the tv or (computer) the light keeps flashing i hear the disk spin for a few seconds then it stops. please i could use some help

Hi, are you using an external enclosure to connect the Caviar Green? You can try opening the Disk Management window to see if its recognized there. Check the link below for the steps.
