Hi guys i’m terribly low that My Passport isnt detected , i cant access files . It has lot of valuable data i need to access. It shows as following images. What can i do to regain access? Its still under warranty though. I hope you guys would be kind enough to help me out. I’m anxious as i cant access the data i need to study and work.
We contacted customer regarding the issue. The file system of the drive is corrupted. Customer has set the password using WD security and he is not getting prompt to unlock the drive
Customer tried un-install and reinstall the WD security software still the issue persists Suggested customer to format the drive once and check
