Hello all. I have a My Cloud EX2 Ultra. I’d been getting the ‘upgrade to OS5’ emails for some time. I’ve just done it by following the instructions, it seemed to do it, it re-booted afterwards and I am logged into it OK and everything seems to be working. But there is nothing to indicate that it has actually done it. Everything looks exactly the same. how can I verify that the upgrade has actually happened? Thanks, John.
What version number is displayed?
Ah, it says 5.18.117 and I’ve just noticed that’s the same number shown on the update file I had to download. Does that mean it’s done it?
Yes. It’s the latest version so far of OS5.
