Geek Squad changed address of My Cloud Mirror to solve some long term problems. Those problems are solved but now the Desktop App can not find the device because the address has changed. I do not see a way to correct the address. Also, when I ask the app to “search for devices on my network”, the message comes back as “No devices found”. Suggestions?
Hello, are you able to access the dashboard or the information that you have on the drive? Are you connected wireless or wired? What changes did they make? What was the issue that you had before?
