I opened a ticket before but it was not fixed, and I am trying again
I have my passport pro, I can’t use the SW I used before to login from Android
I use my passport wireless and I get the message user do not have permission error 403 (see attached) I saw I am not the only one, any way to solve?
I did reset the device (factory) I am using new mobile first time the SW is installed on it, so not history or cache

I understand it is not supported any more, pity.
Same issue on Tablet without network (only wifi)
