WiFi Pro copy folders to USB - 403 user does not have permission


When copying images from My Passport WiFi Pro to another My Passport HDD via USB (using My Cloud app on my Android phone), the folders are created, but I see the attached error “403 - User does not have permission” when it attempts to copy the files.

I have confirmed that the file/folder permissions on the destination drive are ‘everyone’ ‘full’. Could it be the formatting - NTFS? Any suggestions?
