I got WD My Cloud EX2 Ultra connected to APC Back-UPS Pro 1000 via USB port and its working great. I get alerts when UPS detects power failure and on 50% and 15% battery levels. However, when power is restored, there is no email alert generated.
It would be nice to have an email alert generated when UPS detects that power is restored. The LED on the NAS already switches to Blue from Red so the same event can be used to trigger this email alert.
