yesterday evening I started file upload to the WD Mycloud Ultra Ex2.
System message notification via Email is activated.
This morning the system was off. Completely.
No system status email . norhing.
Is WD aware of this issue?

Looks like there is an alert message before your System is shut down according to the screenshot. Can’t tell what it is.

I sent a complete log days ago to US support.
The analysis:
They cannot find a reason for a system shutdown.
I only can wait for next shutdown and send next log files.
Better do not by WD products.
So much burned time for a software upgrade.
