Please add new outage notification from UPS - "Power is back on"

Hi. I like notification service for UPS status from my WD CLOUD EX2 ULTRA but I’m puzzled why there is no notification about “power is back on”? Can you please develop new notification message about power being back on?
I’m getting messages about “On UPS Power”, “50% UPS power left” but there is no message for “Power is back on” once electricity/power has been restored.
