For setup I recommend you contact support since the User’s Manual for the EX4 does not mention this.
Thanks I went through the manual and didn’t find anything useful along with searching the forum and WD knowledgebases. I have one of the supported UPS devices. I actually knew what I wanted the device for, so I specifically purchased the ups that was on the list.
Pretty ridiculious response.
How do you know its compatible if you haven’t connected it? Second how can you advertise its UPS compatible but don’t have any information to explain how to do it. A feature with ZERO idea how to use isn’t a usable feature.
