Upgrading to PR4100 from EX4100

Hi, would really appreciate some advice. I have no idea what I’m doing basically…

I’ve got an EX4100 with 4x4TB drives that I’ve had running for a few years, has a bunch of media and Time Capsule backups, RAID5 setup.

I’ve just got a new PR4100 with 4x4TB drives and I want to use that as my primary and use the old unit/drives as an internal backup (same network, different area of the building)

My thinking is:

1 - Use the new drives to do a RAID rebuild in the EX4100 so that everything ends up on the new drives.
2 - Put the new drives into the PR4100 and set that as my primary
3- Put the old drives back into the EX4100 (do they need to be reformatted?)
4 - Switch on SSH/set password etc on the EX4100
5 - Set the PR4100 to auto backup to the EX4100 daily or whatever
6 - Set my Time Capsule storage location to the PR4100

My big questions - Would this work? Any specific advice/instructions you would suggest?

Any advice very welcome!
