Updated TV Live firmware and now can not connect to router!

This is the second time I’ve downloaded the recommended firmware “upgrade” only to have it disconnect my TV Live box from my router. Last time, after SEVERAL attempts, it spontaneously started working again. This time however, I am still unable to connect to my router. Very frustrating. I’ve spent a lot of time trying to manually input the router connection info hoping it’ll connect, but NOPE.

What’s going on and how do I fix it???

If you have a Live or Live Plus and you have installed firmware 1.06.34, that firmware has been pulled from release because of multiple problems. Roll back your firmware to the previous version (or 1.06.15_V for the Live, or 1.06.16_B for the Live Plus).

Thanks for the response. I have TV Live Streaming Media Player.  Firmware is 1.12.14

I’ve tried numerous times to get it to connect to my wireless router, but still have no luck. Makes the unit useless…  :frowning:

But anyway, the simplest thing to do is to set your router to BROADCAST SSID so you don’t have to enter so many settings.
