Uninstall Plex completely

Hello,

I’m having issues with my Plex media server installed on My Cloud EX2 Ultra, firmware 5.23.114. I’m no longer able to access my media library. Tried uninstalling Plex version 1.28.2.6151 and reinstalling but still unable to see my library. Keeps showing me to install the media server and seems it’s keeps my account details.

How could I completely remove plex app from my cloud. Any help would be much appreciated.
