Unable to write to WD My Cloud

On installation of WD My Cloud, I am getting a message that I do not have write access.

I also cannot delete fies (get a message saying device is offline)

Cannot delete directories (DELETE_DIR_FAILED)

When I try and add a file, the upload stalls at 423 bytes (currently showing upload time of over 1hr for a 19KB word file, and timer is increasing)

Also, when accessing my network drive, I get the same windows error messages saying that I cannot write to any of the directories on the drive, and do not have adminstrator priveleges.

Any solutions anybody?

Have you tried resetting the drive and/or power cycling it?

Yes - tried that.  Think I am going to have to wipe it and restore…
