Unable to mount a public share

After an year I decided to use mybooklive again. I plugged it in to my network and I see in under Network on Windows 10. I can access the webpage of the device clicking on it but I cant mount a public share to be able to manage files. I tried to use also the WD Discovery software attaching the device to the network and to my PC directly and the software indicates “No connected Devices”. I also tried to access the device through the IP with the Explorer and says it can’t be found. Is there any workaround to solve this? Thanks.

Forgot to mention that when trying to set it up with the original WD software, I’m getting the following errors

Is your Win10 device defined as “discoverable” on your network interface? And do you have NETBios over TCP enabled on that interface? Win10 is picky about that.
