Unable to connect using mobile data after iOS 10 update

Hi al,

I have upgraded my wife’s iPhone to a 6s and have updated to the new IOS 10 software, I can access my drive when I’m at home on wifi, but when I try with mobile data it says device offline. I can log in to wd2go. Also I cannot connect to wed photos with mobile data . Any help please

Hi, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application? Does it work correctly on iOS 9?

What app are you using?
My Cloud iOS 4.4.7 supports iOS 10.0.2

TRY THIS:

  • log in to the MyCloud dashboard
  • re-enter your wife’s email address on the user screen
  • open the MyCloud mobile app and delete the My Cloud Device
  • Sign out of MyCloud.com in the mobile app
  • Clear the cache
  • Close and open the mobile app
  • Sign in to MyCloud.com and wait until the NAS appears
  • Select and login using your wife credentials
