Unable to Connect to the Remote Server

Unable to access the Local Folders through WD Sync. Im able to sign in to Mycloud.com and access the device and signed in WD sync also. But While clicking Next in Sync getting the error “Unable to Connect to the Remote Server”. Need the Quick solution.
