Hi All,
I just got new WD RED drives for my MyBook Duo, took out my old 4gb ones and inserted the new 6GB, and am trying to configure it as a RAID 1. However, when I go to WD Drive Utilities and start the configuration process, it crashes every time. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software, powered my computer down, ect. None of them work. Has anyone else had this issue? Any solutions?
