I have two passports (one 2TB, the other 4TB). Both can be seen in “computer” but I can’t see both to check on backup status and it keeps asking me to re-setup criteria for backup. When I had one, there was a place to recall what was backed up and when the last one was done. No longer because when I shift to the second (if it even shows up), it’s asking me to re-setup, “Signatures” are not the same (two different size Passports) and I’ve been through all the things I can google, none of which work. I just want to be sure both are backing up what they’re supposed to and be able to easily check that. Thanks.
You should contact WD Support for such issue. They can do help you to resolve the troubleshooting by asking the critical questions.
