Laptop won't allow me to run 2 WD Passports at the same time

Hello,  I love WD and have 3 Passports and recently bought a 1TB 3USB Book for backups.  I computer won’t allow me to run 2 passports at the same time.  I also tried to run another WD 500G with just the 1TB but it wouldn’t run either.  Could this be becuase I am running Windows 7 Home Premium?

Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

First go into Disk Management and make sure the drives are getting assigned different drve letters and that they are Online. See if that helps.It shouldn’t be Windows itself,
