Backup won't recognize 2nd My Passport

WD Backup will not recognize a 2nd My Passport that I have used for off-site keeping. It used to recognize it - unlocking was required - but, now it doesn’t even see it, even though Windows 10 see it. My primary My Passport doesn’t have this issue (yet). Note that the primary has been unplugged prior to plugging in the 2nd unit.

I have already tried all of those procedures. As I stated previously, I am backing up to 2 My Passports. The original works fine. The second only worked once before the software began to not recognize it. This is a software issue. It’s as if it will only recognize one serial number.
