Trying to look at an older internal harddrive (WD20EAERS). The quick test passes with Windows Data Lifeguard Diagnostics, but I’m trying to make sense of the reported SMART values.
The Raw Read Error rate is reported with a value of 200, Threshold 51 and Worst 200 and Warranty 1.
I don’t understand the Warranty 1 field. What does it mean? Where is it documented? Also: Can the Data Lifeguard Diagnostics return the Raw value? I’m assuming the Value=200 is not the real value.
I’d love some information on how to interpret the results as I can’t find any reference especially for the Warranty field, which seems to be 1 for three attributes.
