…but I keep getting ;error: drive too small or not recognized message. I’m using WD’s FAT32 Formatter. Running windows7_64bit. I check ‘restore factory original FAT32 partition’ radio button and click start but keep getting the same error. It is currently formatted NTFS.
Am I missing something?
Hi ferrarid, welcome to the WD Community. Be sure to connect the Passport directly to the PC, avoid using USB extension cables or USB hubs, if possible you can also format the Passport on a Mac using Disk Utility.
