Trying to connect tablet to my cloud mobile app

I am trying to connect Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 to My Cloud app (I have my passport wireless 2tb) but when I click on My Passport under wifi settings it is asking for a password, I have tried everything but just keep getting Authentication Error. I can connect no problem connecting with my Samsung Galaxy S6 mobile phone, only affecting new tablet.

So, do you have the original MPW or the Pro model? Has it ever been wirelessly connected to the phone or tablet? Have you downloaded the complete user guide from WD Support? Folks with these drives need it!

I have the original MPW, my phone connects wirelessly to it and an old tablet did too, just cant seem to get my new tablet to connect. I have downloaded the manual.

I suggest you contact WD Support. I believe there are some settings or issues with Samsung tablets.
