Cant access my drive

So the issue started by not letting me connect to the drive wirelessly. The two button reset fixed that on my tablet but on my samsung j7 I cant do anything. I can see the SSID but it wont connect. Now on my tablet I can connect via wifi and when I open the my cloud app and select mypassport it says to check my wifi connection. I have not used the drive in a while but last time I used it, it worked perfectly. The lights are acting normal and it is almost fully charged. I was completely dead. Is there a way to do a reset other than the two button reset?

So I had to log into the hd with a very old laptop that I had laying around to update the firmware. The hd works great from that laptop and my tablet but it will not connect to my samsung j7. It is crazy why even the wifi wont connect. Thanks for any help

It would seem the issue is with the Samsung. Go into wifi settings on Samsung and delete/forget the connection to WD. Then start again.
