Trouble with G Tech G Speed eS 4TB

Client has G Speed P/N GSP-eS 4TB 35/4TB drive, S/N W609080012. When connected to current Mac it does not show all four drives. My assumption is that this is a software RAID configuration. Where can I find the proper software and driver to access this properly and get data off of it?
