Transfer files from MyCloud Mirror to EX4

I am getting an EX4(24TB) in a couple weeks to replace my 4TB My Cloud. My question is what is the fastest way to transfer files (mostly MKV’s around 1GB each) from one device to the other? Could I SSH into one of the devices and transfer that way? I have a MacBook Pro but even connected to the LAN I am sure it will take a long time to copy by dragging from one folder to the next.

If someone could share the best steps I would greatly appreciate it.

I remember asking this direct to WD C/S and told that the only way was to drag and drop the files over - I had about 8TB of stuff to move from one NAS to the EX4 and this took about 4/5 days!
