Tracing shared files downloads

Hello,
I’m new to this community so please forgive me if this question has already been asked.

Once I’ve shared a file in the public area of Mycloud, is there a way to know if that file has effectively been downloaded by the users to whom I sent the dowload link?

hi. Iam trying to sync files to usb and then, after I have done some work, back to original file on my cloud. problem is that backup creates sub folders and it becomes impossible to backup folder back to its original location. is there any way to make it happen? i am using wd ex2 ultra.
